Would you recommend this for PCVR and watching movies over the Quest 2 ? Currently having a Quest 2 and it's pretty uncomfortable with me and it's kinda hard to find a sweet spot on the lenses at times.
That is a really good question, on those points you mentioned the Pico 4 is better than the Quest 2 but Pico 4 also has some points where is not as good as the Quest so i’ll be making a video on that comparison soon. So now i would half recommend it, before I fully recommend it I need to do a deeper analysis.
If you already have a Quest 2, it's not worth the money to get a Pico 4. They do PCVR pretty equally (if using Virtual Desktop). For watching movies, the Quest 2 is probably better as the Pico 4 doesn't have that accurate colors. Depends on how sensitive and picky you are. But IMO - if one already has a Q2, getting a Pico 4 is not worth the small "upgrade".
@@iamironclaw Not small upgrade its a huge one better controllers better headstrap and facial interface over all 150% worth upgrading just sell the quest 2 lol
Thanks for the video. I just got my Pico too, and managed to take off tons of these stickers. But what bugs me, the manual clearly says to remove stickers from the front cameraS too (note the plural!). I mean, all of us will take off the large sticker on the front plastic, but I don't see any stickers on each of other 4 cameras. I even tried to gently peel it off, but stopped doing it as I didn't want to scratch the outer protective layer of camera lenses. Sure I can leave everything as it is, but I don't want to have tracking issues later; that's my only concern. So are there any stickers there, or does the manual have a typo? Or am I simply dumb enough trying to peel off what actually isn't there? :)
I haven’t seen any stickers on mine and I have played with it. It doesn’t seem to have problems with tracking so I don’t think it has any on those cameras, probably a typo.
@@TheUnboxedTech Thanks for confirming, I thought so. But because of camera internals and how light fractions it does seem as something is covering it. But it's an optical illusion haha :)
Well, as games like Beat Saber is not sold in the Pico store AND you can't play it via PCVR instead as you don't have a good enough PC, there really is just one option - Quest 2.
i would go for the pico bcs its cheaper and has higher specs but if you want to have beat saber you need to buy a quest 2 because its exclusive to quesy
Does it have gorilla tag on it?
