He's first referring to a clothing line, saying how Santino is judging Kelly's sewing skills as if he had an amazing clothing line of his own. Then he says the only line he's ever had was the one he snorted up his nose, meaning "cocaine".

Who’s Santino?
I really dont understand all these hate for santino. Like yeah it was mean but it was also the truth. Like Michelle is 10x meaner than santino and some of her critics are baffling. Like how she always picked on max for her gray hair and always looking the same but never picked on pearl and trixie for always wearing a blonde wig. .
besides drag race santino is also known for a lot of other pretty bad things, but honestly it was more the fact literally every critique he had was negative and when it was positive he gave a "it looks nice" and the occasional actually good compliment. It was just overall extremely negative. I don't agree with some of the things michelle visage says, but what santino said half the time didn't even make sense and sounded more like hate to just hate on it. This is my personal opinion though.
