Even by Haydn standards this is a mind-bending quartet, weird but wonderful.
Nice, polite performance.
That's an awfully slow allegretto.
allegretto is not as fast as allegro.

Allegretto is merely a character, especially in Haydn's music. It needs to be lively and guided by harmony rather than 'fast'.
