I don't understand the language in this video so I can't really comment on the language content, only visual. So, this is the VAZ factory (LADA factory) fault that the cable is broken for the hood latch and the hood latch is out of adjustment? I think that was the owner's fault. Sure, Lada is not a performance car, but Lada will run forever if you drive and maintain it per factory recommendations. Lada is just as reliable and in some cases even more reliable than some of the western cars of the same class. I've been driving my Lada all over the USA for about 240,000 km without any major issues and she is my daily driver to and from work (I've got videos on my channel to prove it). Any vehicle is only as good as the owner - and that's the fact!
