Italian speaking here, when I make my own minced garlic at home, I pop a thin layer of olive oil over the top - it works as a seal and keeps your mince garlic fresher. You just make a dam if you don’t want any oil, scoop what you need out, then break the dam to create the seal again! 😊

I would recommend using class tupperware for marinating and for smelly stuff like Kimchi... i used to use plastic ones but the color and smell WILL transfer and stick to the containers over time 🥲

REMI! Use my Korean mom’s trick of using up that tub of garlic to keep it fresh. Press it flat in a ziplock and freeze it. You can also break them apart a little (kinda like frozen bark) for easy use

Remi, try the got2b hair spray wax. It’s so great for keeping volume when you leave your hair down and want to keep out humidity and if you spray a little on your fingers, you can pat it onto your baby hairs and smooth them into your hair while it’s down

Really random but I learned in nursing school if you have a slight allergy to avocados or bananas it could really mean you have a latex allergy! Turns out some avocados are packaged in latex for transport

The BEST Caesar Salad dressing is Girard’s. Me and my boyfriend are huge on Caesar Salad and love it. I think if you google them and go to their website you can see stores near you that they are sold at!
Remi, I'm hoping you see this but I went on a Caesar dressing hunt and the best one I have found is from Trader Joe's. It's their Caesar Romano dressing and it is honestly the best I have ever had!

I use göt2b glue for my eyebrows to stay in place all day, you take a small click on your hand then dip an eyebrow brush and brush on the eyebrows :) Tip if you have problem ;) ^^

For the avocados- look up Pollen/Oral Allergy Syndrome! It could be due to the pollens! I get the same thing with fresh fruit/vegs, and can def be seasonal/regional

The chopped garlic, use a small cookie scoop and make small garlic scoops on a tray. Freeze & when frozen put them in a ziplock bag. Then you will always have fresh garlic for your meals. Thats what I do. I learnt it from Becky from @Acre Homestead & @scratchpantry. She's amazing!!
