- Hey y’all today’s video I will be sharing with you My BIGGEST Grocery Haul Yet for my Large Family of 10. This took me 3 day shopping for everything. I went to ALDI, Costco and Target. I organized 2 deep freezers 2 pantry’s plus a Snack Pantry. We also had a Blast with the Kids playing with there new lemonade stand from Aldi for $49.99.

First time watching, Your children are beautiful... Do you not grow a large garden to help with food costs? I'm feeding 5 adults in our household and we live out of our backyard garden. Raise a few chickens and ducks for eggs so we spend maybe $125 a month to supplement what we don't grow or raise. We cut out all processed foods , sugars and cook everything from scratch. Sundays is bread, bagels, tortillas or naan bread and rolls baking day as well as batch cooking for the week. We do lots of breakfast burritos or mini quiche that we freeze for the week. Snacks for us are popped popcorn, dried fruits, nuts, pickled eggs, trail mixes, yogurt parfaits and lots of veggies we harvest in the backyard. I totally understand all the convenience items with a large family. I love the bar towels from Costco. I do use them in place of paper towels and wash them as needed. I also made a bunch of flannel napkins from some flannel sheets I got at the goodwill. The flannel napkins I made work great on our swiffer for easy clean up on the floors. We only use a mix of vinegar, water and some essential oils on the floors. Cut them to size and hemmed the edges. They last forever and wash up beautifully. We grow Luffa every year so we make all our own sponges for bathing as well as washing dishes and general cleaning around the house. Costco has the best rotisserie chicken and makes the best chicken salad. Your pantry looks wonderful. Enjoy the summer with the children.

That’s a great idea! But you have 5 adults. How many are able to help with all that? I myself had a troop as well and until the kids got older there was no way my husband and I would’ve had time to do all that plus take care of so many littles but it’s an excellent idea to slowly add it all in 😊. My grandchildren like kool aid pies. You just mix one packet of unsweet kool aid with one can of sweetened condensed milk. Then fold in 1 coolwhip and pour in pie shell. Chill until set. Lemon is our favorite.

My family loves the orange. Use 2 packs of orange kool aid and put in small Graham cracker pie shells.

Aldi and Costco's one of my favorite stores. Looks like you have a good haul for your family .
She spends thousands of dollars per week.
She pays for the groceries and then she will show the world , the Receipt ( she shops twice a week and she has a lot of children ).
Last year 2023 groceries and anything else they might need , she spent over $900,000. Over 2 Million youtubers !!!

I had 5 kids
My X had a vege garden we had chooks for eggs and my father-in-law got us fresh honey that was free
I did a lot of baking it’s the only way I could do it
Made a lot of muffins
We went broke so no fancy stuff
Made my own washing powder and had no paper towels cut up old clothes and used that for rags
Divorce when my youngest was 12 now she 20
I still cook not packet stuff
If I make pancakes I freeze them same with black bean brownie
Well any thing I make as I don’t want to eat it all week
Use toilet paper for tissues a lot cheaper and dd does as well as she goes thew a lot of tissues
Make hummus adding white beans with the chick peas
It freezes really well
Vinegar for cleaning and bicarbonate for cleaning makes your sink very clean
My another dd 32 teaching her kids to cook at the age of 5 and the 7 loves to wash the car all buy herself
Her step dd 16 folds all the washing
And she sometimes cook as well
It’s all a balance
One after noon if all the kids made biscuits and put chocolate chips in them and bulk for freezeer you be surprised how many of them want to help

just curious about protein powder for little kids? Is it because they dont get enough protein? whey can cause stomach upset in some so just be mindful of that. Pea protein is great .
Wow, that was a huge grocery haul. What was the grand total from all the stores? Also, how long will that last you? Doesn't some of that fresh fruit and veggies go bad before you can get to it? I buy bananas and I swear they go bad in a few days before we eat them. Same with berries and avacados. What does your hubby do for a living? He must work just to buy groceries. You have such nice looking children. It must be nice having a big family. You will never be lonely.

I understand 💯 % I’m doing my Best to feed my family just like everyone else I’m sure. Cutting anything out sometimes comes in baby steps. Little by little we learn and little by little we can add healthier options 😇 God wants us to have knowledge and understanding. At times it’s a bit overwhelming everything they do with the food we buy🥲 but I’m a big believer on Praying over your food 🙏 Ty again!

Have you ever had cashiers that for some reason get annoyed with leaving items in boxes at check out? Ive done that a few times where I put everything into boxes or leave items in boxes to make the cashier's life easier and my life- but they get mad and tell you to take everything out of boxes and then put them on the belt. They get nasty about it too- you have this problem before?
I think when I first started going to Aldi years ago. Now I know each person that works there so I know what they prefer. If there is someone new I just ask before I unload the cart what they would like me to do. That way there is zero confusion. ❤️

How do you keep all that produce from going bad. I would have nasty fruit flies in a matter of days. I never buy more than what can be eaten in a couple of days when it's fresh fruit or vegetables
What a great question, we have two refrigerators and the newest refrigerator we bought is in our basement. It’s actually a really great refrigerator. It keeps everything so fresh so I store most of it in that fridge. Then let’s say things are starting to go bad we will just go ahead and put them in a freezer Ziploc gallon baggie and freeze them in our deep freezers that I have in our garage one is totally dedicated to veggies and fruit and then of course, sometimes we have some odds and ends l. Then we will either use them for smoothies or will defrost just put them in our oatmeal things like that, normally bananas halfway through sometimes they’re already all eaten depending on the kids appetite and then sometimes we end up freezing half of them so they don’t go bad and then we make a lot of smoothies with them. First time here. Just curious, why all foods are in large packages and quantities , don't they spoil so fast before they are eaten. In Europe use by dates are so short like literally maximum a week on most fresh foods, vegetables and fruits. There is no way I can do such a large shopping, I have to do my food shopping weekly. Greetings from the UK.
Yes, I buy in bulk because we are a family of 10. My husband and I have 8 children. 13-9 months old so we eat a lot 😊 but I also have a New Fridge in our basement grocery store. Therefore it keeps things Fresh much longer. Which is a blessing. My hopes are once a month grocery shopping rather then every two weeks. Also if things start to look like there’s going to go bad we just freeze them. Like fresh blueberries we can put in freezer zip lock baggies and freeze them in our deep freezer in our garage. Same with bananas or spinach leaves and meat vegetables you name it most things you can freeze. The only thing I don’t freeze is our cream cheese. I learn the hard way with that unless you’re going to use it for soups or for cooking then you’re good to go but if not, you probably want to use it on bagels or whatever because the texture changes, I hope this has helped.
