Hearing you talk about baby plans made me so giddy! I’m in the TTC season of my life. Totally okay for you to ignore my advice, I am also a PCOS girly! My doc advised for me to go non-toxic with as much as possible. No fragrance, changing soaps/cleaners to help detox your self from toxins. Obvi I’m only human so I am not giving up my skincare or occasional perfume but I’ve changed out so much in preparation! Love you girlie, can’t wait to follow your 2024!💕💪

I'm a virgo so i'm definitely a routine girly. I've learned how to be flexible when need be, but I love a skincare routine, workout routine, and just a schedule that keeps me on top of things. It like makes me feel in control of what I can control in my life so when things get busy/out of control, I don't lose my head LOL But I applaud you for knowing yourself! Always start slow to get yourself started and change what you don't like when it comes to routines :) Love your videos!!

Hi Remi! Happy to see you glowing so much! About routines- I’m not a routine person either. Never been. But I too have decided that this year I want to make a positive change in my life to make me feel more fulfilled. I recently read a book called Atomic Habits by James Clear. It changed my whole perspective on habits and routines. I highly recommend it! It’s an easy read but it provides such great strategies to building a more structured life. Happy new year! ❤️
