I am starting to get interested in breeding corn snakes so I started googling around for info and it's really good to see other people with a beginner pov in the situation.

Bro thanks to ur vids I was motivated to get into corns n got my first like a month ago at the Hamburg reptile show I’m PA n man he/she is been going great a lil tessera but I know if it’s hets for anything or not but great vids keep making amazing content I also mainly keep hognose but I been falling in love with a lot of colubrids lately

I love corn snakes they are awesome snakes I love my corn snake Medusa she's a very friendly snake all the time in my opinion I think corn snakes are better than ball pythons

Congrats 🎉 very cool to see the babies hatching. This was my first year breeding corn snakes. I did pretty good. One male and two females. Produced 56 babies 😳. Lol Learning as I go and truly enjoying it. I started breeding ball pythons few years ago. Had a female corn snake as a pet. Figured why not get a male and see if I could breed them. Found a male and got a super deal on a second female. Put male to both females. He did his job and the girls did theirs too. Both females double clutched👍🏽👍🏽.
@@cloudcolubrids4603 Idk. From what I can tell, it's a bit like cornsnakes. You brumate them, then in the spring beef up the females and pair em up. Dāv Kaufman and Snake Discovery have a few videos on the breeding process.
@@nataliesreptiles yeah I saw dav visit a Breeders house that had gophers and bulls and they were all hissing loud at him 😅 but it seems it's just what they do and I didn't see them striking or biting just alot of bluff noise. When I get a bigger house I might add a few
@@cloudcolubrids4603 Oh yeah, they're all bluff. Especially as babies. As adults they hiss and tail buzz when they're in a sassy mood. But other than that, they're basically giant corn snakes with keeled scales.

It sounds like your hatchling has a Kink in the spine or tail. Unfortunately it dosnt go away that is a deformity in snakes that happens sometimes. And after a few days if the rest of your eggs don't hatch try cutting the top of the eggs. Some snakes don't have the egg cutting tooth and can't come out and will die in the egg
@@cloudcolubrids4603 ya i cutted them open before i asked this becose 3 eggs went flat, there is snake inside developed but they didnt respond on my touch whatsoever and now they going moldy and bad .. i think theyr dead, two others one of them is perfect another with that annoying kink as u sayd im sad i hope he or she makes it with kink or whatever it is, its my first time. also one think if u could say pls, is it okay to breed same snake twice a year if its her first time ? if yes then how long after next one. last think i wanted to ask i never seen snake laying egg 1 by 1 separate from each other every single one not a clutch so i had to pick them quickly might that be it, why most of them went bad ?
Can i ask one think, im worried my eggs i had 6 first then 1 egg molded and now they hatching 2 of them came out 3 others still in eggs and they dont respond when touched, what is going on im scared their dead.. Its moldy yat 1 egg a bit smelly others no, i can see them they developed but not moving.
2 are put and healthy correct? Wait one more day mabey the other eggs are about to hatch soon. They don't always all hatch on the same.day. if the egg is smelly then it's no good

Morphmarket is the best place to start and at local reptile shows
