I’m 71 years old and new to watercolour… your style is exactly what resonates with me! I love all your videos and techniques! Thank you so much for sharing your art and your talent!
I just recently discovered this technique and have been playing with it. Im so pleased that you are showing it. I love how you are manipulating it to create a landscape. Your videos are always so inspiring.
Sooo beautiful. Have you ever used a masked fluid for the white middlesection? I'm so impressed and sorry because my rusty english. With love from Germany❤
Thanks for sharing this. It's beautiful! Just a suggestion or comment. The sound was low in this video, most of your videos aren't this low. Have a great day
You are teaching me to paint! Amazing art! Thank you. One technical point - maybe a little closer to the audio microphone? I have the sound at max and I still can't hear you very well. Maybe it's just my computer (or my hearing lol).

Have fun 😊

This is a lovely one Karen. I realized the key is to flood the page before laying on the colour. I don’t wet the page enough.
So glad you find this helpful!
There is magic in the way you get the paints to move❤

I did not use any masking fluid in this painting.
What kind of tube watercolors do you recommend?
I recommend Daniel Smith Watercolours, I love their different range 🎨
Hi The paper you are using, what size and is it hot press, cold pressed or rough? Thanks
300gsm 100% cotton watercolour paper Fabriano Artistico on Block 9 x 12 inches
@@KarenRiceArt thanks Karen. Sorry to be a pain, but is it hot press, cold press or rough. Thank you
Sorry, I am using rough watercolour paper.

I am so glad!! Thank you for letting me know about the sound issue. Will try your tip.
It's gotta be on your end. I can hear her just fine
Also have a problem with the sound. It is hardly there on my phone, at full sound! Love your work.❤
I love your tutorials....you have inspired me to get back into painting. One question, was this cold press or hot press watercolor paper?
I am so glad you found this tutorial inspiring. I was using rough 300 g 100% cotton watercolour paper, 9 x 12” on a watercolour block.
Its a pipe ette not pepet
