3. Maximize your school resources.
4. Humble yourself, ask a lot of questions. Get clarification from your lecturers.
5. Think analytically(take study notes,draft essays).
6. Create work flow( read and write) and stick to it.
7. Good study habit and time.
8. Put in the hours.
9. Don't miss classes.
10. When overwhelmed, do what helps u relieve stress.

Thanks for the wonderful tips, Chidera :). Sharing personal study experience as (ex) international student is vital especially for prospective candidate. The study style abroad is quite different from the ones in our home countries, hence the need to adapt, and better still learn from people who already succeeded abroad.
Beginning with the end in mind, as you noted, is an invaluable trait the we also preach on the Destiney Arkaden UA-cam channel, where we, just like you, share real life stories of our experience studying, working and living abroad, although with more emphasis on Germany.

Thank you so much for the video. I really appreciate it. I'm currently doing a master's degree so I can relate to the things you mentioned. I also prefer studying alone haha.
I'm only in week 5 but I can already feel the workload piling up. I've just finished my essay which is due this week and it had it's stressful periods because of trying to understand the lectures, reading material and struggling to start but videos like this help me to keep going and realise I'm not alone.

Its accurate guyss… the most important thing for me, is getting a clarification from my facilitators… they are happy to help of you seek for it. Being active in class do help, but I prefer to contact them rightaway via email or set up a private meetings for an in-depth explanations regarding topics that have been discussed in lectures, and this help me to achieve a distinction on my masters😊
