Oh I see!!! I thought you bought it all done already, you are refurbishing and building as u go along? How much was the property and features. I.e garden , how many garages, is it unsuitable rooms, how many rooms, and is it detached , semi or terrace please 🙏

Great content! Sometimes paying a lower deposit, so you can buy 2x properties for example can work wonders. Especially if the rent fromt he second one covers the cost of your residential mortgage. As a bonus you also have capital appreciation.
