Bravo, great job, and it’s a real pleasure to watch your videos on alternative history. However, I feel that in your video, you somewhat overlook other aspects of Napoleon's defeat, such as the revolts of the Prussian and Austrian kings, who at that time were very angry with Napoleon. Not to mention that the Balkans are considered by the Austrians as a backyard to exert their influence. In my opinion, if Napoleon had wanted to consider invading the Ottoman Empire, he would not have declared war on Spain but on Austria to ensure that they would not intervene in the Russo-French invasion of the Ottoman Empire. This is just a simple point of view.

Yes, and the video ignores the reality of how that went in favor of romanticism on napoleon's campaigns. The facts of the matter is that napleon couldn't take constantinople and everything in asia because the muslim majority would endlessly revolt and would fight to the alst man, as we saw with the horrible egypt campaign. WW1 showed us even a dismantled turkey would retain key areas via revolt, and the peninsular war showed us napoleon was incapable, even at his height of power, at suppressing real revolts. It simply doesn't matter how much napoleon wins, he had zero chance of taking more than ottoman rumelia (balkans), and that would have been largely reversed in the final coalition war to keep the balance of power in east europe. The crimean war showed us players like britain will happily help the "turkic invaders" if it keeps the balance of power.

Better channel than the right-wing Monsieur Z
@@JCEurovisionFan1996 it's his other channel
Also what's wrong with being right wing
lol history is written by the victors and politics and the culture of the times have much to do with that… It will be interesting to see what the history books say of the events in our lifetime… But it’s difficult to be completely unbiased when discussing history… If someone has a channel dedicated to history, I feel they’re entitled to publish whatever they choose…whether biased towards one political leaning or another. I’m curious what videos of MZ have you felt are too “right wing “? Genuinely asking…
