I am not on WW myself, though I have considered it...hence me watching here I guess lol. I just really don't wanna be tied into having to zoom or attend meetings. There are little things you can do to add cals with zero point foods. Like you said with the proteins. If (for example) you add a hard boiled egg chopped up in the salad that adds something like 78 cals for zero points. Chopped red bell pepper and grated carrot are also zero points, they only add something like 20 cals each but it all adds up. I do love to do a big tuna salad for lunch with all sorts of add ins hehe. I think it will just take you a little time to settle in and get used to what zero points you can easily add to boost the cals. I do totally agree cals are important, they give you the energy to do the exercise and to just live your life. Anyway good luck! 💜💜
Thanks lovely. Yes I think my meals will become much zero based over the next few weeks. I only need to attend zoom twice a month as part of my agreement with my life insurance but most portions don’t need to at all. I’m looking forward to my journey … I’ll get there by hook or by crook xx
Marcia definitely do you. You are the only one who matters and we all do things differently. Personally I’d halve the rice and add more veg for extra nutrients and more fibre. We are all different though. Your salad looked great, I must do similar.
