It's so amazing that we still get to hear new material from this band so long after they disbanded. This sense of discovery has always been one of the things i like most about emo, it seems like there's an endless amount of great bands like endive, with a relatively small but amazing output that have just been lost to time. I always get a little sad thinking about how a lot of these bands never really got to formally release an album even though they had a great deal of potential... but i suppose that same bittersweet feeling is what makes moments like this feel so special, i wasn't ever expecting to hear anything new from endive, much less today, and now i'm once again wondering just how much material from bands like this one are yet to be just randomly found one day in someone's attic, or in some obscure ebay listing.
Definitely on board with your sentiment here. I'm glad that most of Endive's music is available to hear now on UA-cam. They released three cassettes between 1994 and 1996, this being the last (hardly a release, and just given to friends). There was supposed to be an album but it sadly never happened. Songs like Rabbits which was recorded in 1995 around the time of the 7" songs really would have become popular I think..

The person singing in the background sounds like Abrella Harrison from Jejune
i'm so thankful that this has been preserved online for us to hear it. it's too good to be forgotten
I forgot that endive was originally referred to as like en dive. I remember seeing a handful of old show posters and other stuff as en dive dive
do you know anyone with old posters or shirts of endive or bands in that scene from the time. want to start collecting them

@@yourfashionarchive427 endive had one t shirt design near the end of the band's existence - about 20 made. Good luck.
