Thanks, for this exceptional view of Nakuru. It looks like a mini Nairobi with more greenery. I’d love to see the what the village life looks like in Nakuru and how feasible it would be to purchase agricultural land and build a modest homestead. Thanks for sharing!
We love you Nwache ❤ from whichever side you are we have seen Kaduna we have seen siera leon we have seen all westAfrica from your side Thanks Ukikuja Kenya 🇰🇪 nishtue niko Naivasha
The development is amazing, a different place to when I lived in nearby Turi in the early 1960s. In the 50s and 60s, Nakuru a lovely country town, but little in the way of facilities for the indigenous population. I am wistful for my past but pleased to see the opportunities now available for locals.
Nakuru is quite a large city your okada guy just show a quarter of it i guess he didn't want to use alot of his fuel anyway i like your video welcome to Nakuru and Kenya at large
Nakuru is the center of retail stores in Kenya, they mostly originate from there. Also center of industry. Long ago, it was a headquarters for European farming, still lots of white farmers around the countryside. Indians mostly ran industry because originally were not allowed to own agricultural land. Then due to the volcanic nature of the rift valley, Nakuru lies on faultlines, and the Milimani side is next to a volcanic Crater, so regulations do not allow for skyscrapers. For a long time, maximum height allowed was four storeys, but due to improvements in structural engineering, higher buildings are happening.
Nakuru is beautiful, and it's lies on the valleys of the Rift Valley , here you won't find a tall buildings because it lies on the shores of the Rift Valley. And the government regulate construction s here. Its dangerous to build tall buildings in nakuru
So. I've recently lost my dad and I have no one to take care of but myself. I have an acquaintance from Nakuru and everything seems great about the place. How do you think, how much I'd need to live there monthly? I'm a freelance worker and I can easily make 500 bucks while not sweating too much. I'm torn about where to go but I have some savings and want to make a right choice.
@@karlissulcs3822my mother's neighbors for the past 30 years are white..plenty of white folks in Nakuru and Naivasha, mostly British descent some 3rd generation Kenyan born. We don't discriminate as long as you respect the culture, law and community. You are welcome.

There's also Tourist factor. Growing up my piano teacher and some other subjects English, Chemistry were all white. Now, if you go deep into some remote village, there are some that may not have encountered other races and they will be friendly but curious 😉 Warning: Beware of the ladies if you are going to date; alot of them assume that all white folks are rich and so gage to see how genuine a person is before committing into relationships.
