Lets get this out of the way...3-4 WHP and 3-4 ft-lbs of torque!
Okay, now that that's done; don't worry about droning with this exhaust, we have a Helmholtz resonator to drastically reduce the drone. Not only does our axel back sound good, but it also has a 4.5" slash cut tip so it looks good and is a single exit design because race car. Our axel back is made from 304 stainless steel so no need to worry about rainy days or road wear, its built to last!

I'd love to see a manufacturer create a catback similar to the Apexi N1-X design perhaps with slightly larger tips and maybe less focus on the insane build and finish the Apexi has.
It would be nice to have a quieter option catback that slots behind the N1-X on price (since it's on the higher end), but has that distinct smoothness most other aftermarket exhausts don't provide. For most exhausts, It's all rumble, rasp and/or drone at crazy sound levels for a car that doesn't have the bite to match the bark.
Other exhausts like the HKS hipower spec L2 have the sound level but the sound quality isn't there. I really think Apexi nailed their catback design with their mid-pipe and resonators and would be a good place for other brands to look towards in their designs.

Are there any dB comparisons available from your testing?
Sorry to have to say no. We do not have any db ratings for the exhaust.

Will this fit last gen? (Frs,brz,gt86) and what size diameter is the pipe? 2.5? 3?

The stand alone axel back does not, the flanges are different. However the catback system does fit as the flange for the down pipe is the same. perrin.com/shop/exhaust/catback-exhaust-for-brz-fr-s-86-gr86
