  • Overspeed Accelerator is an intense training program designed to challenge and enhance speed through overspeed training techniques. By utilizing the Reactive Stretch Cord you will move through a variety of assisted speed and agility drills designed to build acceleration. Take time to focus on anchoring techniques with the video below. Too much assistance can cause over-striding or breaking in your stride. The Overspeed Accelerator video breakdown will show you the proper amount of assistance needed for each drill.
In addition to anchoring techniques, we will spend time focusing on your running form and mental focus throughout each drill. Learning how to properly accelerate from a mobile or stationary position will greatly improve your sport specific speed. Overspeed training is an advanced level training technique that can be used with athletes of all ages. The most important thing to remember is running form must stay on point throughout each drill. (Intense speed training should be completed with a day of rest from high impact speed training drills. Best use is 2-3 times a week. This can be combined with Vertical FX)

Michael Tedeschi focus on upper body tilt and foot landings. If he is landing back on his heels each stride most likely he is overstriding. If he chest and shoulders are tilted back, working as a counterbalance to the resistance, he is also most likely overstriding.
