Two things I learn that I don't think has been mentioned. When you call your mount and start running (away), the mount will chase you and run alongside of you until you mount or stop. This allow Aloy to mount a machine that is already moving. Another one I experienced was that I had a main quest and a side quest objectives' have me speak to one specific NPC. Instead of two different cut scenes where I would normally need to speak to that NPC twice, they actually blended the conversation together into just one cut scene but I fulfilled both quest objectives. Truely immersive experience
And with the sharpshoot bow with increased handling and the bow mechanic skill upgrades I was able to clear camps and hordes of machines often without even being spotted.
If you call your mount while sprinting, it will run along side you. You can mount it while it's running and it won't slow down and stays at its top speed which makes for some awesome getaways.

I knew you could jump onto a mount because I found out by accident simply jumping off a cliff to see what would happen and luckily my mount was very close so I landed on it and I found out a cool little feature, also jumping in mid air to finish an enemy is the best thing ever and really does make for epic shots on photomode or just in terms of gameplay. Good video!

Something awesome worth noticing is that you don't have to stand still when you called a mount. You can keep running and it will catch up with you and adapt to you speed, so you don't have to wait. Something pretty neat too is the arrows that remain in the animals you killed
one thing i just thought about lighting the campfire is that it would be sick for the sequel that you could just shoot a fire arrow and it would save automatically
You forgot to tell about the Extra Hit You can Get when Killin Machines you've Knocked Down. For Example Let's say you've knocked Down a Sawtooth. When You come close to it you will see the "R1 Critical Hit QTE". Well If you hit R2 instead, wait for the spear to Hit, and then Immediately hit on R1 as the QTE is still on screen, you will get an extra Hit dealing extra damage on the machine. This can really help you out getting Extra Damage on machines you were not supposed to kill with a single CRITICAL HIT once Knocked down. In some cases This extra Hit will allow you to kill The machine right away. In The begining of the story this will really help you out again SCRAPPERS for example and corrupted machines.
I really have to give you credit. The majority of these videos are stupid things everyone already knows like "there's a picture mode" "the robots have different ai" "you play on third person". This on the other hand had some really nice fine details. Great video!

Did anyone notice aloys movements? It is fluid! the movements of her hands and hips from walking to running from stationary to combat mode, that's why when I play HZD I don't play resident evil where the characters are too stiff like a twig.

Why hyping up an ambitious title for the press without a good writer? Yoshida feels very confident in the projects that he is calling it a really great project he is really excited about. Pick up Shadow Hearts director and writer would be a big win for Sony. He has only worked on Playstation platforms in the past. Who don't remember Shadow Hearts Covenant? What a great story. He was interviewed by Italian Game Geek early last year. He said he wants to do a western adaptation of the new game. Don't believe other publishers in Japan wants to publish a middle class JRPG nowadays. Japan Studio needs a good writer like Guerrilla had the same issue in the past but it's now solved. Who else is free to work on an ambitious project with Sony's money in Japan? Yoshida understands how important it is to have a good writer and so does Allan Becker. I will be very shocked if he wasn't because it makes sense. The downfall of The Legend of Dragoon was the lack of good writing and memorable characters. Rest of the dissolved Nautilus joined feelplus together with event director of The Legend of Dragoon and former Square Enix staff. They worked on Lost Odyssey and Ninety-Nine Nights II for Xbox 360 before they merged with Artoon into AQ Interactive. Machida worked as writer on Ninety-Nine Nights II with feelplus and Q Entertainment which released in July 2010. Kato and the real time event director worked on Arms' Heart for PSP with Hamster along with Machida and that was released in November 2010 for Japan only. After that it was radio silence from him until January 3 2016 where he confirmed in an interview he's working on a new game and can't reveal any details at the moment. For the call mount skill, I’m kinda surprised you didn’t mention this (unless you already did in another vid): When whistling for a mount, you could continue sprinting and the mount will catch up with you and run along at your side. Once it’s beside you, you can press triangle and continue riding to the direction you’re going without any loss in momentum. Plus, Aloy looks pretty cool when jumping up to a running mount 😄
Wow the part where you can make your own quest to find the part for the armor or weapon, thats awesome! Wish I had know that earlier when I was trying to locate a stormbird I was googling locations and I could have been doing this lol now I know. And yeah never seen this in any other game I've played.

when you stand at a campfire it literally brings up two ootions. quick save and manual save. And I'm sure people will figure out that when u quick save you can still run. nothing is paused

I found out most of this stuff due to trial, what I naturally wanted to do ie. jump on the mount without pressing a button, and being opened-minded and hoping ie. continuously running after a quick save without needing to stop. Though most people I'm sure would've known how to do this stuff anyway, it's still a good video for someone who missed a thing or two.

I can't put it down so good. Why haven't they added in more melee weapons with more attributes. Like exploding spears or flaming axes. Hell maybe swords with weapon mods etc. was thinking of a magnetic arrow that will always hit its target after the first shot. Food for thought

by chance do you know how to equip a weapon to the center of the quick wheel? well playing well changing weapons i pushed R3 and it says NO WEAPON EQUIPPED ive tried to equip it but it wont let me .

I think Grodz R. said it perfectly. Yeah it's meant to be an attack, but it is very useful for quick direction changes.
Protip: if you use call mount again when the mount is right near you, Alloy will whisper twice and mount will follow you.

If you use R3 slow-mo, then jump slow-mo it goes even slower. Completed the game super easily with that trick

The mount auto-run was also implemented in the witcher 3 and I'm glad they incorporated that into this game as well. Can't wait!

The jump slow motion is really good if you draw your bow while you walk and then press X to jump and aim, without the time to draw the arrow.

Personally I use the jump slo-mo to make faster turns while aiming so I never lose track of my opponent

How come no one ever talks about how Aloy can swim UNDER water for about half a minute....
Pressing square while in water will result with aloy submerging underwater for stealth purposes

by chance do you know how to equip a weapon to the center of the quick wheel? well playing well changing weapons i pushed R3 and it says NO WEAPON EQUIPPED ive tried to equip it but it wont let me

Yes but hold L bumper to pull up quick wheel then push R3. It will say no weapon. So how do I put a weapon here.
