How do you stop the Melodyne ARA screen jumping back to the original playback position when you press stop in ProTools (with insertion follows playback off)? Really annoying when you hear a blob you want to edit while in playback, you stop playback to edit the blob, but the whole screen has jumped back x number of bars
I don't like this function. No matter the zoom size, it will always start right in the right corner, where you want to edit and keep "switching windows", instead of simply placing the "starting point" on the left side and then moving through the timeline.
This video highlights my single biggest complaint concerning Melodyne's workflow: finding that auto scroll has been disabled because I left a note selected (usually offscreen somewhere by the time I notice). I disagree that Melodyne should EVER disable auto scroll in the first place! This "feature" is a huge nuisance, in my humble opinion. When I am editing, I use "the DAW "stop" and "play" functionality to move through the file from beginning to end, I don't need Melodyne forcing me to back up and find a selected note somewhere. It is maddening. I realize you have highlighted a work-around in this video, but work-arounds are always compromises. Perhaps a menu option could be added to allow a user like me to disable this auto scroll functionality. 🤔

Scroll in play would be a great new feature too so the blobs moved with the timeline bar staying in the centre (as in Logic). Please. Thank you..:)

I would love to see an option to freeze the playhead and auto-scroll the page behind it, rather than freeze the page and scroll the playhead.
