Wow thanks you sassy for your information I'm an American living in Florida and I did not know this thanks again for your information God bless you sis
I think Australia already has this. When i went in 2019 the process was very similar to what you described in this video and it was such an easy process. And yes, when i landed in Sydney i walked right up to machine and 60 seconds later i was moving on to baggage claim!
I live in the UK now for 21 years nut i am a Nigerian German who also have settled status here which mean i i can live in the UK as long as i want. However, and recently eVisa was introduced for all foreigners living here who are now must have UKGV account to update status and documents and use the account to apply for code which is valid for 90 days only. This code is required to enable people like me buy flight ticket to travel and return to the UK. I had already applied and hot the code which expire on 3rd April. Of course there is no limitation to apply for it. Now my question is What is the different between ETA and eVisa? Thank you.
The uk already has a contactless entry for USA, Canadian and other visa free travelers at least my last 2 visits I used the contactless system in Heathrow and Gatwick I guess this is just a pay back because the US makes them get it.

It takes a couple of minutes to get the ETA. And people going to the US have needed this for ages now!

Very informative video. Btw, If Im travelling to UK in Dec 2025, when should I apply the UK ETA?
Nice submission but you did not explain how long is an ETA valid for
ETA is valid for two years or until the passport’s expiration date, whichever comes first but you can stay for up to 6 months each time
Thank you

What about going to Europe with a British passport
You will need to apply for ETAS starting in mind 2025.
USA ESTA costs $21!
ETA £10 and ETIAS will be just €7
Hi im Filipino..i just have a connecting flight from hk to London to Bahamas
Do I still need to get Eta?
We can always come in our small boats.

Yes, it is. How can we allow you to coming using our e-gate but we have to queue at your airport .
Australia and the USA have been doing this for over 10 years... UK and Europe slow shaa!
Am transit through the U k and i will need to get ETA for just transit....this is money grabbing.
@@truthmatterbyoladada1462 Yes you will need it even transiting
Don’t travel to the uk in general
Why not give that kind of info about your own country
UK is my country too :)
Don’t worry we aren’t coming.🇦🇺 We don’t want to come. No thanks. What border control? Is that a joke?
Many countries like the USA have similar controls so its not new though
You're not even from The UK
How do you know this?

@@SassyFunke You don't understand the UK on a whole though do you? So kind of crazy to promote! But you make money I guess so 🤷
