The Sheldon is the best venue for your music in St. Louis! I saw Sam Bush there the Friday after 9/11. They tentatively started out after a brief announcement about the need to play. After two songs the healing had begun for everyone on stage and off. I wish I could have been there for your show as well as in Fort Worth, TX (where I was born). The heirloom instrument being played brought tears to my eyes; very powerful.
Lots of interesting and funny moments to comment on, but what really stuck with me (besides Katie trying out her great-grandfather's fiddle) was the short reminder of how incredibly beautiful Katie's new Christmas Classic is. 9:37

I love these VLOGs! You tuning up is better than a lot of performers. The way you interact with children warms my heart down to my big toes. It's good to see someone got some sleep. And as for Karen's jaw, honestly I've never been to see around her heart to get a good look at it. Bless you and all that you do.

It looks like the Grandpa's Dad's fiddle has four strings. Is the sound that it produces much different than the five string fiddle that Katie normally plays in most videos ? And, what a nice video !

Seems like Matt would have to buy two plane tickets while traveling with the mustache! Did Matt buy a Harley just so the mustache could feel the wind in his hair?
