I think rapid mixers would be better then conveyor. It’s a little slow at the beginning but over the day your making way more then the 4 your loosing from not having prep

Lmao once I got to like 240 customers I noticed I would only have 6 groups waiting at a time so I’m Gucci currently at like 320 customers where it’s a single seating restaurant takes approximately 30-40 minutes to get through a day
