I still need to read an Olivie Blake book 😭
I started with Alone with you in the Ether and now I'm hooked.
Great wrap up! 16 books is amazing!! I loved They Never Learn, it was a five star read for me 🥰
I'm glad you enjoyed it more than I did! Definitely not hitting 16 books this month ahaha
Fruits Basket is very much a slow burn, it gets so emotional ! Also the art style improves a little after a few volumes. It's my favorite manga serie.
Well done on your reading! I read 12 books in June 🗡💜
I read 5 books in June! 💞🗡️ my favorite was volume 1 of The Saviors Book Cafe Story in Another World😊
I love this title aha!
loved the variety of books & genres! 🗡️❤ and omg, your whole golden/sunshine vibe in this video!! the hair, the makeup, the beautiful lighting; amazing ☀️✨
I’ve read 23 books in June. My favorites were:
Foster by Claire Keegan
I must betray you by Ruta Sepetys
A Dutch children’s book: Mot en de metaalvissers
Seven days in June by Tia Williams
Girl, woman, other by Bernardine Evaristo
I'm flying through The Bond that tie series that I need to stop myself coz WORK 😅... these are the kind of books that are lacking of world building or some stuffs but they are so d*mn entertaining that you obsess with it or just me obsessing over it.
They’re SO addictive right?? It’s so rare I actually continue a series immediately but I couldn’t not
I also read the bond series this month by j bree and I felt the exact same hahah! I really disliked the first book but I'm currently reading the final book and I've got to admit I've really enjoyed the rest🤭sometimes you just need a quick, entertaining, romantasy!
I always get so happy when you post. Thank you as always for great recs 🗡️🫀🖤
I love a long wrap up!
I’m glad! 🥰🫶🏻
Great video! The Bonds that Tie is an amazing series. I absolutely adore it. 😍👌 I have managed to rrad 27 books in June. 😊 Im also in my fantasy romance era and Im living for it. 😊
considering Broken bonds based on your review ⚔🖤
I agree about Divine Rivals! I felt like I read so much, and then looked at the page count and was like "wow, that was not nearly as long as I thought"! I really enjoyed it though and am anxious to see what happens next
Divine Rivals was amazing, I got so involved in this relationship so quickly and it was such a good read! I loved it. Can’t wait to read the sequel. The cliffhanger was horrible.
I read Divine Rivals and I agree with you! It felt very quiet and understated despite all of the drama. I also gave it 4 stars!
Bonds That Tie: There is a "science" behind it. They can test to see who is the central bond. The central does have the ability to provide strength to their bonds, which is something that the others couldn't do for each other. Those other bonds are only connected to each other because of their central bond. I believe they did mention this in the first book, but it might have been more in passing.
Hello! This was mentioned in the first book yeah, but it’s more a case of I want to know what the deciding factors are for who is the central bond, what it is that connects them, if there’s any deciding factor to who gets what powers or if it’s random etc. Just stuff I think would help the whole bond situ seem less like they were picked out of the universe’s hat 😂
📖🥰📚
I finished 11 books in June... 3 of them where my absolute joy... even though they were filled with some dark themes... and I cried a bit. 1 of them was my first John Gwynne. And it wil not be my last! I could not leave Malice alone for long. I have the other 3 books, and may have found a new to me author that is sure to become a favorite.
📖🥰📚
Love all the books you read thx so much x
Good luck with your reading in July.
Great wrap up 🗡 ❤
Sad you did not enjoy They Never Learn! I loved it!
Loved it!

“Chapter one, page one *slaps book* Death!” 😂
Honestly I’d pick up a book just based on that synopsis

Is there a difference between fantasy romance and romantasy? Great reviews, as usual!
Thank you! 🤎 I think a lot of people use them interchangeably - I used to just call it fantasy romance, so now it has another name I tend to slip between the two. But I know some people are coming to refer to romantasy as the sort where romance is just as important as the fantasy, while using the term “fantasy romance” to mean fantasy with romance as a side plot. It depends on the person I think!
@@AFrolicThroughFiction Thank you! This is really helpful! :)
