Ive a 2013 Hilux with the VehicleStabilityControl Pack (Both front and rear have open diffs) will the Locker have any effect on the operation of the VSC at all should lockers be installed front and or rear.
Also are there varying ratios that are available in case we want to install larger tyres and gear it back up to compensate?

ARB4WD Response I received just last week was that ARB do not make a rear Air Locker for the D3, only front.
Your video says that you offer a 5 year, unlimited km warranty on your air lockers, however, the suppliers here in India say that there is only a one year warranty. Can you please clarify?
Devdath N Air Lockers are offered with a 5 year global warranty. Commercial and Military use products are covered by a 12 month warranty.

Hey guys, I've got a 200 series landcruiser 2013. By installing the lockers would that stuff up any of the existing in car settings.
outdoorclown Not at all. The Air Locker functions as a standard 'open differential' when it is not activated, and all vehicle systems will work as normal. If the locker is engaged and you had to brake suddenly, the car will still detect that their are wheels not spinning, and the ABS system will respond accordingly.
Very interesting and an opportunity to greatly improve the off road performance of my 2WD 2006 Tundra. Your design that incorporates a simple on/off application of the locking mechanism is brilliant and allows for much greater traction without sacrificing on road performance or fuel economy. What is your availability in the USA?

it all depends what diff locks you're talking about auto locker(like Detroit lokka)are always locked under power but unlock when you let go, electronic diff locks and arb air lockers are basically the same but one uses air other electricity

Gangsta, between 4-6 hours as a ballpark figure. It varies between vehicles, so you would need to speak with your local ARB store for full details.

+Jeffrey K lift the front or rear end off the ground. spin one tire, if the other moves the opposite direction you have a locker.

If only one locker added whats better front or rear?
Rear for sure. It doesn't affect your steering so you can still use it when turning corners and you will be able to keep it locked a lot more, not just the moment you need it and then have to unlock straight away so you can make a corner. Also lockers are most useful when on steep climbs, and when climbing most of the weight goes to the back of the car and you don't want it to lose traction.

George Radu Hi George, it's perfectly fine to use an Air Locker in the situation you have described.

lockers on both axles?
One is enough for a lot of people, but both is better. An air locker on the front and auto locker on the back is a good way to save money, but auto lockers don't work quite as smoothly.

Hi! 3 days ago I forgot to ask you another thing about the arb air lockers. I want to buy a 2014 hilux 3.0 diesel 5 speed automatic transmission (with normal diff at rear that can not be locked). Can this model be fitted with front and rear arb airlocker or is better to choose the 3.0 diesel with manual transmission wich has a standard back diff lock. Thank you!

The good old Roberts diff lock.
Air lockers can keep you going and get you out of hairy situations but they can also make your vehicle slide sideways more easily.
There's lots of techniques to learn when you utilise locked differentials.
So much better than those heap of junk Harrop E-lockers which disengage every time you stop/back up
