hi ange hun, hope your well. I def think that tesco especially online is far superior that they don't substitute and not send out items that you've asked for.
if you look around in Tesco, u can save quite alot with clubcard and their brand products. x
Great shopping haul Hailey I hope you've got your jcecream jn the freezer I love shortbread biscuits think they are my favorite I got some potatoes from aldi and I had 2 great big ones I cut them in half to peel them and they were hoth rotten inthe middle I threw them in the bin I love jacket potatoes I'm sticking to frozen potatoes til we can get new potatoes love fran xxxx
Honestly i think Tesco is such great value plus all their value range is good quality. I just compare ingredients and usually Tesco value is healthier and tastes better. Obviously not all of it but they reduce the prices by adding less meat/fish but less additives and preservatives. The online shopping is great, rarely do you get substitutes or not available and if you do they always give you something better xxx
I agree, some stuff I find costs more but if u change your brand, you can still save money, and their delivery is great x
Hi I done tesco shop on Friday and spent £127 and got lot of stuff for money compared to asda week before I you've got lot of stuff well done for money
yea much better value and the fact they send out what I asked for and didn't have 30 plus subs, and I had to chase Asda down after I returned 27 subs, the driver didn't load them onto her machine as returned either, so yea was quite the mess. I won't use Asda anymore because of that x

Yes had same problem with potatoes but the sack of them that’s more expensive, but I’m going to take them back, coz I also bought an el bacon joint that didn’t smell to good either so it better to take them back, but it is a bit off putting with the bacon joint I mean x
I wouldn't be happy either, let. me know when you take them back if they take them no issues or if they create a fuss x

I love tescos its my favourite supermarket, also for home delivery as well. I thought you got loads for your money Hailey. Especially when you had your worktop full x 2!! Ot was like Mary Poppins bag when you kept getting food to show, I kept thinking wow, she must be nearly finished now, then bang!! Something else , then more!! I've never tried the cod in butter sauce, tried the cod in parsley sauce but my god haven't they shrunk in size!!! Well the last tile I had 1 it had, it was a birds eye 1 tho, but the tesco 1 I'm not surprised is probably better !! But most things have shrunk in size now ,but price has gone up, scandalous. Had those stuffed shells fir tea last night, really nice, I just had pork to use up & did a cajun tomato sauce then made a white sauce &.used a Xmas cheese truckle ( cheddar with picked onuon & chive) I had left to grate over the top. So nice, and a portion left for the freezer. Are you going to donthe salmon en croute for a video Hailey?

I only just fit the shopping in both my freezers today, if I'd got one more thing it wouldn't of got in lol
I live in the US and the price of food here is getting ridiculous. I’ve started getting a lot of frozen fruits and vegetables because they tend to be cheaper.
and they're just as good hun as they're frozen at the point of processing, well here they are. it's such a difference in price though isn't it xx

Have you tried the tomato and masapone pasta sauce in the same range? Its the nicest own brand pasta sauce ive tried.

I never would've thought years ago I'd be saying tesco, ocado were cheaper then aldi or lidl 😆

Great shop,i do my shopping at tescos now ,gone right of asda,those potato pops are yummy.
yea kids like them, with so many after school clubs, sometimes there isn't enough time wafter school and before rhe club starts for a full cooked dinner, so stuff like that comes in handy xx

Great haul Hailey for the money. I got lots of good deals on nectar today. Must do asda next week though for my gluten free stuff. They are above and beyond with that xx
they'll always be something one supermarket does better, morrisons deli is the best out of all, it's all down to what u need isn't it x
@@mummycookshomemade sure is hun. I alternate between S and asda. For differing reasons. I never buy meat from asda S better quality. I used to shop weekly at Morrys but they are now V expensive since being taken over. Xx

Asda, everything has shrunk😂 I carnt wait for tesco fire pit range to be out again in the warmer weather 🎉great for bbq, I've only ordered asda cos needed microwave and non food items. Great hall, I went to cooking on a budget course, and tutor only bought tesco own brands, and collected points to take her grandkids to pizza hut etc xx

That was good value on that big whole chicken.
yea that's why I picked it, not bought a whole chicken to roast in months, think I will use it for a small roast dinner, love leftover chicken for sandwiches with mayo and black pepper, yum x

I like Tesco as Asda fruit does not keep well stopped going to Asda a there quality of meat has went down hill I have started going to a wee butcher on Friday when I am out at my sewing class and get some nice butcher meat and can get it cut to the way I want it 🐝🐝🐝
butchers are great on doing as the customer wants it done, I think people think a local butcher costs alot more, it's not always the case x
