I used to live in Crestline years ago. Thanks for keeping us informed about the conditions. You are driving for all of us flatlanders. Praying for you. Thanks
I wish the news could show the snow on the side roads aren’t clear. People keep complaining about not letting them up. They would have to shovel multiple ft. of snow to just park! And you know they would be sunken in the snow you drove through. But thank you for your efforts to share. Stay safe ❤
My family lived in Big Bear for 4 years back in the 70's and sometimes we'd go to bed with no snow and wake up to 3-5 feet. Best times ever. Love Big Bear. Special place in my heart.
I've lived in Big Bear twice and watched the lake go down over 15 feet. Hopefully, this winter will bring lots of water to the lake and make it full again!! Will always miss Big Bear!!
Hi Nikkolas loved your vid of you driving though moonridge at 1:00 am that was soo bitchin! I would totally love to do what you are doing. When we left Big Bear, we moved to southern Illinois. Anytime there was a tornado warning, I was out looking for it. No hiding in a closet or bathroom for me.
Thank you for posting your experience driving to Bear Mountain in your in your video, praying for your safety. May God bless you and keep you safe! Harrisburg/Pennsylvania
Up in northern New England we use to go out driven around in the worst of snow storms! It was always an adventure! Adrenalin Rush! Your ride here sure reminds me of 50 years ago when life was always an adventure!
Nikk, Crestline is getting dumped too and what really pisses me off is that it’s been a week that they have NOT plowed our streets up here and 2 of my Neighbors have not been able to get back home.
Back in the 70s we had a cabin on Urika Dr bone Big Bear High School. What wonderful memories. Loved the snow during the winter. I remember there was a Safeway grocery store there and the roof collapsed one year
Hi there, Francisco. We would love to have you come spend time here. It really is a beautiful place and seeing what you saw in the video that’s basically why I moved up here so I could live in this type of environment for six months out of the year, obviously the other six months is beautiful and sunny I appreciate your comment and I hope you stick around this channel for a long time dude. We have actually our first snowstorm of the season coming in in a week so I’ll be doing more videos like this. Have a wonderful rest of your weekend, my friend
@@Agent-t9p thank you Francisco that is so nice of you to say that. my life is very chaotic and these videos do the same thing for me. They bring me peace and harmony when I make them so thank you so much and I am so thankful to have you here I truly truly truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for being in my life.
Thanks for showing the snow on the ground very deep. I have been watching it snow on the FOBBV eagle nest cam 1 and 2. Are you on the south side of the lake?
Wow...I only go to Big Bear in the summer. This is why😯 Hey Nik, could you drive down Lakeview Drive sometime. We always stay at Shore Acres Lodge. Be interesting to see it covered in snow. Thanks. Stay safe out there. Blessed be.💜😻💜
I love the snow but, when we have over 40 feet of it, it's not fun any more. 🙁 I'm really done with it! But there is at least two weeks straight of more snow in the forecast for N CA.
He is no dope. He’s really a brave soul to be out there when 12 people have already died in this storm and gov Newsome has done nothing towards rescuing people who’ve had no power or food for several days. You’re the dope!
I would do a drive in the snow, but not in the middle of the night. Love your videos. I just want to know how many people never leave their house in this town and Mammoth?
Thanks for sharing your snowfall adventure Nik ! I live in Yucaipa and haven’t been able to get up the mountain due to highway 38 being blocked off ! I used to come up every week Keep on doing what you do brother, you and your videos are the “ eyes of the mountain” for many ! Prayers for you ,wife and the Big Bear community ! Looking forward to coming up soon ! God bless ! 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❄️☃️✨
Oh ok. Red means stop? Got it. Not familiar with yield or smart asses. Lolol. Depends on where you live in the east. I’m sure we get way more snow than majority of east coast cities. Maybe not nearly as much as lake effect snow but always wanted to live in those lake effect areas of New York and a few other areas. And also California gets so much more snow than the east would ever dream of. If you want real Snow come to central and Northern California mountains and higher elevations. That’s snow. I took notes about red means stop 🛑. I’ll make sure I continue to study these incredible concepts. Are they western concepts? The red meaning stop and yield meaning let other car go? The things I learn on this channel are of Mensa material.
Hey bro shit badass. I'd be right out there with you. I'm in sc don't get much snow but I get in it when we do. Been to big bear two years almost to date. What kind of vehicle you in?
@@bigbearweatherandmore6621 haha thanks omg watched another video of yours making fresh tracks in the snow where I think you said you had a friend living In that area and it was like where is the road very very scary you were like ugh this wasn't a good idea but you made it don't know how big bear gets some massive snowstorms up there I know you enjoy it but you do admit sometimes scary enjoy watching them I couldn't do it scare me and I'm fearless lol awesome videos just be careful and safe🦅♥️

Hi there Jino. First of all my friend you have a really cool name. I’ve never seen it before. It’s just an awesome awesome name. I hope you’re having a great start to your week. Thank you for leaving the comment just so you know technically February and March are our snowiest and second snowiest month of the year technically but since I’ve lived here going on my ninth winter, the snowiest month has been January. Any questions you have my bro I’m always on her to do the best I can to give you the right answers and help you so you have the best possible vacation As I said, my brother, do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything I have a lot of love for you guys and again I just wanna make sure that I’m doing the best I can to give you the best information and the best experience possible Thanks Jino and if I don’t hear back from you, let me just wish you a very happy Thanksgiving day a little bit early and again if you need anything don’t hesitate to hit me up you guys are my brothers and sisters. I’m always here for you.
@bigbearweatherandmore6621 thanks for the kinds words and reply. This will be my 2nd winter, but I'm west of big bear, near running springs. Last winter I recieved over 10' of snow and a few times I was stuck in my driveway haha! Despite shoveling and hiring plows.
@@jinoh7418 jinoh my friend I can definitely relate when it comes to last year and being stuck in my driveway even when Snow Plow came it was rough I felt so claustrophobic. It was very difficult for me to deal with. I’m hoping we have another strong season and I’m hoping I’ll be more prepared this time but that’s pretty cool that you live over by running Springs you guys a lot of times believe it or not get more snow than we do because the storms hit you guys first usually and then a lot of the intensity of the storms fall apart after they hit Crestline Lake arrowhead and running Springs I wish Big Bear was located where Crestline is, but at the same elevation, as we are now we would get so much more snow Anyway, my friend again, thanks for being here with me. Thanks for sharing with me and I’m very very beyond grateful that you’re here with us.
Of course, but why don’t you send me the part of the video where I blatantly went through a red light let me ask you have you ever been in a car accident? Because if you have, then you must be a horrible driver completely not concerned with anybody else. Ma’am things happen OK I hate for you to, try to find anything you can to get upset about because that’s no way to live. I would never do anything like that on purpose. We do have a couple stoplights in town when there’s a lot of snow the car will not trigger the sensor but let me know when I went through a red light send me the part of the video the time that I went through it. I’m not saying I didn’t, but I guarantee you it wasn’t something intentional. I wasn’t coming up to the light thinking oh my gosh here’s my chance to run a red light but if this is something you really need to focus on and construct some sort of outrage about it then there you go. I’m glad I could help. Otherwise, just understand it was an accident if it did happen. You’ve never accidentally run a stop sign or not come to a complete stop at a stop sign or never sped 1 mph over the speed limit on the timer. Are you infallible? Things happen it’s life now if people are doing these things intentionally that’s never good and the criticism needs to be applied where it’s deserved. It’s just a bummer that it seems like people wake up every day trying to find something to be offended and outraged about it because it fills their soul every single day and gets them going. I just truly don’t understand it but no matter what I just wish you peace and happiness and joy and success.
