I have 2 Caniks, and I LOVE how well and easy these guns are to shoot! PLUS they are super reliable. Ran all kinds of ammo through them and haven't had an issue yet. I'm looking to get a 3rd, the one shown here or the Meta MC9 . Trust me, you won't be disappointed with this gun!
If it were me?! I would go with the Meta. I've seen nothing but great reviews on it and, as I said before?.... these guns run GREAT right out of the box! I have done a little bit of tweaking, here and there!? But other than that!? Not a single issue. The ONLY other thing that I would consider is... how do they feel in your hands!? It may seem simple.. but.. you want your hands to be comfortable when shooting! You shouldn't have to " work" to make it feel comfortable, in my opinion! Plus, how does it shoot? If you have the chance? Rent both guns and put a bunch of rounds down. Find what you like and feels good in your hands and go from there! I once thought I wanted a Smith&Wesson, something or other... my friend had one, so I asked to use it to go shooting. Read some reviews, they were all basically saying good things, but it just didn't feel right in my hands, no matter what I did. I wasn't consistent with it, and it had a LOT of snap when it fired! I didn't like That ! It was a .40 but when fired it felt like a huge gun in a small package and was almost painful to shoot! So, after firing a bunch of rounds through it, I hated it!! I was lucky enough to be able to shoot it before I bought it, and it saved me! I'm so glad my friend let me shoot his gun. Otherwise, I would have bought a gun that I " thought" I wanted, but hated it! Then, I would have been out the money for it.... do of you can? Try to shoot them, then go from there!
