I think TB is one of those rare misses by Eric. Back then I remember it was the battle between Freehold Continuum, TB and Grand Dunman. The obvious pick would be GD over TB. I think too many people FOMO that's why they buy TB thinking they will have first mover advantage. For EOK, I also don't think it deserves to be rated so highly. Location and Exit Strategy cannot be so high since no good primary school and profile of buyers in this area usually have the means to go for FH landed. Also not that near MRT for people with bom-bom short legs like me 😂 For sure it definitely does not deserve to be rated higher than Chuan Park from his last video. Why go for EOK and fight against TB sellers when you are trying to exit instead of going for places with less supply? You have 640 units from TB and 850 units from EOK on the same lorong, not to mention GD and Continuum nearby which are both huge developments as well 😂
