Love you how you’ve essentially created your own Jinhao version of a Platium 3776 Chai Latte. And you get to say you’re having second thoughts without it costing hundreds. What a great way of trying different ideas and pallettes out. Thanks for sharing. 🎉

Thank you Fi! Glad you like so many of the inks 😆I'm happy with how they look together as well as how they look individually. Definitely a fun lineup so far! Milk tea sounds like a good vibe for my Jinhao 82 frankenpen, I like it.
Lovely colours! That Three Kings might be a good replacement for my KWZ Honey, the smell of which is currently driving me bonkers!
Thank you! I haven't tried KWZ Honey myself, but looking at it online it definitely looks similar. Three Kings is very well-behaved and doesn't smell at all, I think you'd like it 😊

Seems to be quite a common issue! Did you find a fix for it? And yes, I can totally recommend Three Kings! The shading is stunning.

Not really, but I did start using shimmer inks in it because that did stop up the flow a bit. Also, I have bought replacement kaigelu nibs on Amazon for other pens and those are all fine so I might just swap out the nib someday.
I had the same problem with the Kaigelu...too wet. I changed the nib and put one from Jinhao (a bigger one) on the feed. Now it‘s perfect 😎
Ooh I have one of those chonky Jinhao x159's, that should work! Definitely gonna try that, thank you for the idea!
Unfortunately, the x159 has an even bigger nib section, so that doesn't work. The 82 is too small. But I don't have anything in between, unfortunately. Gonna try and find one 😎

That Safari Terra is by far the nicest colour for me. I always pair it with Diamine Ancient Copper and will do so for the rest of my days!

Do you change inks at the end of the month or use the pens till they run out?
I love love love the Safari Terra. Such a beautiful colour. Diamine Ancient Copper is also my favourite ink I've tried in it so far! I've been writing with Diamine Terracotta in it for a couple of days now, but I liked Ancient Copper better.
I use the pens until they run out. So for example, I now have 2 pens from last month that still have some ink left in them. I just didn't include them in the currently inked video 😊I only change the ink if I really don't enjoy the combination (e.g. too wet or too dry, mostly) or if I really want to ink the pen with something else. However, I don't completely fill the converters, because I know I won't finish 6 pens otherwise. Somehow it took me a while to realise that I don't have to go for a complete fill every time 😆Thank you for watching!
@@ruonpaper I live in a country with a super limited supply of fountain pens and Lamy couldn’t get the Terra Red for me. I finally got it from abroad and I wish I had gotten two as I don’t want to lose it or damage it…
I also had the same issue as you with filling converters fully, so i get the struggle.
Also, here’s to us lefties! Have you tried the LH nib by Lamy by the way?
@@loukios Yay, a fellow lefty! I haven't tried the LH nib yet. I'm curious to see if I would like it, but for now I don't really feel the need to buy one as I feel the 'regular' nibs work fine for me. But I'm hoping to meet someone with that nib so I can try it out!

The Sailor Higurashi ink? I'm afraid that is an exclusive ink that is only sold at Kingdom Note in Tokyo, Japan. My sister recently went there, which is how I could get it. I'm not sure if there are maybe other ways to find the ink.
