What show does he watch that he thinks fulfills this? He starts talking about anime and compares the Disney emotions and overreactions to one of the most lifelike animated series ever created.
He's so far gone that he thinks anime is more realistic. This is the guy people go to for "mature and grounded" takes for controversy and drama on social media. A person whose experiences and opinions are based off of anime and video games.

I completely disagree with his Arcane opinion. Just because these are videogame characters, doesn't mean it would be better for them to have explosive and unrealistic personalities. That's the reason why Arcane was so successful.

"Arcane characters are flat" may be the worst take xQc has ever given about anything ever. Every character in Arcane is beautifully written and impactful.
Jinx is literally one of the best written trauma ridden psychopaths ever created and Silco is an incredibly complex villain.

Watching the entire chat disagree with his arcane takes brings me nothing but joy. Arcane is an incredible show with probably the best writing and emotional depth I've seen in a show in years.
I don't know why but I don't think the show is that much good. Its ight its just that I recently watched cyberpunk and compared arcane to that. It was a big difference in music, characters and story telling

'arcane lacks emotional intensity' is the most insane take ive ever heard
literally in the first couple episodes the two main characters' ONLY living parental figure dies (presumably), they go for revenge and all of their friends die, one beats the other for it, and one is lost to the undercity & drugs for good. the other now has no real home, and has lost everyone they care about. the final episode is of the two having to make the biggest decisions of their lives; one has to choose to preserve the life of either their love interest or their sibling, and the other has to choose to embrace being the villain they were made out to be for their whole life or go back to who they once were. there is a constant underlying tensity throughout the entire show that anything can fall apart at any moment. nothing about this show says 'emotional stability'
