The good news is it's good content. Just remember to bring that up every chance you get. Lol lol lol. The only way to learn to do the job is to do the job every day until you are good at it. Just try to be patient with them
Ive been running skidders for over 30yrs they will learn the ropes put some tops in the bad spot pine preferably will make them a mat let me know when your hiring chipper guy will come pull some wood for you
