She is truly such an amazing soul.... it is obvious that her physical health is not what it once was, but she still has the same sharp mind and wonderful spirit she has always had. You can tell that she truly loves every minute of this, and lives to please her fans.

She's such a gem, and I think everyone out there loves Ursula to pieces. Ursula seems like a fun character to play, she is feisty, persuasive, Machiavellian, and charismatic.
She's been humble enough to say that she can't sing and is not a professional singer, but I disagree - she's got an extremely powerful singing voice that comes naturally to her!
