Im always tired because of Malnutrition and I woke up hangry all the times too I live in Algeria 🇩🇿 I work with 4 dollars 💸 per day I barely have my daily needs I eat once in the day 😢😢
Also we should reduce our time on shorts, tiktok, etc... they stimulate our brain so it wastes so much of energy and time, also i suggest drinking a lot of water, it makes me feel energetic.
