I always threw out the rind. This is good to know. I can’t wait to try it.
At 2:28, you didn't specify what are "all the seasonings" that you added in
I didn't know you could eat the rind! Gonna have to try this next time I get watermelon. I like trying to use everything possible.
I pickle rinds, I’ll have to try the kimchi elements. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
I love kimchi and I am glad I watched this. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
Absolutely my favorite kimchi variant. I get so excited when I get a watermelon with super thick rinds because of this lol
I tried it and it's incredible, def worth the effort!!!
You made a FEAST! Looks delicious!
Love that you can consume it right away!
I usually ferment it the traditional way, I‘ll definitely try your version and rotate it with my other watermelon rind recipes ❤
Wonderful video I have been hooked on this for weeks! I like to use a potato peeler for the skin and then drop the large rinds into a food processor to slice them. It really speeds up the process. My favorite thing is to have this over rice with a fried egg!
That is so strange. I’ll give it a try o.o
Do I need to cover the rind with a 2% brine if I want to ferment this instead of eating it right away?
I Peel the whole watermelon with a potato peeler then cut the watermelon, makes it easier for me😊
Can this be fermented and how
I did ferment it. It works and is good and sweet
I dont have green syrup, what can ı use instead?
Thank you much and I am going to try it now,
Its yummy and it waste nothing 🤤🤤
This looks yummy!
What’s a good sub for the plum syrup ? 😂
Honey/Syrup should be good, just add a little less
Looks great 👍

Interesting, in the beginning what are you doing , at the end can’t wait to make it and try it.
