I boost the car when in stopped in autopilot from traffic lights. You just accelerate a little so it's not so slow to get off the line.
Although we didn't meet, it was lovely to see you there. And yes, the Tesla showroom has definitely changed A LOT since we picked up our Model Y from there. Hope Willow and Paige are doing well..

Ryan, if I could visit Sydney or Melbourne… which should I visit? Never been to Australia but always wanted to go. Planning a trip in a year from now, would be cool to connect with other Tesla owners in another continent 😊

we picked up the model 3 from that place in Mulgrave, Teslas were flying out the door 1 every 5 minutes to a new owner

Great content as always! 6:12 I've never seen those Tesla service vans here in the states. I hope they switch those to EV's in the near future, EV haters are going to have a field day at ICE vehicles servicing EV on the side of the road.

Thank you ! Appreciate it. It's costs us about $4.50 for a full charge between 12am and 6am with super off peak rates thanks to AGL EV plan.

Tesla needs to demonstrate that it is investing in customer/service expansion to the north and west of Melbourne.
From northern country the nearest is Richmond/Cremorne and that means a long peak hour drive for a morning booking or overnight accommodation expenses on top.
Sunbury and Somerton would be logical examples.
Will Elon Musk permit profit margin diversion to proving that Tesla is committed to mature expansion or is he checking out sooner rather than later ?. (Best of luck with sales when the stalkless conversion is complete……mine might then appreciate)

Tesla will never waste money on advertising because they get a breathless headline per day for nix and an ageing lineup picture says it all. I can’t trade up to the highland version because I don’t know anyone who would want it if it doesn’t have stalks.
@@davidpearn5925 but you didn't answer my question. Should they not focus of the biggest market in Australia which isn't the North of Melbourne. I live in the North of Melbourne and would love a service centre near my house in Reservoir.
@@MatthewBayard maybe Australia’s biggest city know Elon Musk too much. Insulting minorities means you are insulting the majority. Elon Musk IS Tesla and that’s how he likes it…….unfortunately, unless you are thick skinned and insensitive, it makes life difficult for senior adults and impossibly for aware rational others.

@@RyanCowan I own a model 3 .. ( mainly the misses car ) it’s not the worst car I’ve driven .. but certainly isn’t very exciting , handles like a boat.. the tech is actually really annoying ( beeps etc ) and I'm a a massive nerd .. Waiting to charge sux on a road trip .. as in waiting for the charger .. Charge Fox suck.. so many out of order ..
what did you have before the Tesla ? Have you driven. A Lexus ? Or a high end VW 2 litre turbo ?
Btw what are you paying for insurance, best we got was 2500 a month and we are 50 and raring one . Im worried of a very large depreciation loss coming due to the lack of people wanting a used Tesla .
Wow that's terrible to hear that's who you feel. Technology is unmatched by any other brand. Maybe you need to spend more time driving it? Previous cars: BMW 3 series, Mini Cooper, Mazda CX5, Mazda SP23, Honda CRV. Insurance on our Tesla is $1800 with AAMI but we are regional@@MrBigbangbuzz
@@RyanCowan its not crap . It’s just not for me . BMW 3 and a Cooper aren’t the most nibble of cars. So I’d agree the Tesla is a better option than those.
I have been in a model 3 performance . That was a nicer car .. The standard model 3 though is a bit rubbish .
I wish we had got the dual motor .
I’m not being a troll it’s my honest opinion coming from a rev head .
