I'm from Canada. I often buy my cigars online from Cigar Chief. I don't know how but most of the time their cigars don't have the silly green label on them and they are way cheaper than buying at the brick and mortar. Very nice collection you have there
Hey thanks alot for that comment! I'l have to make a few more orders from cigar chief and try them out! I usually buy cigars from my local shops and they all have the green bands! Thats why i get really excited to bring back cigars from the states because i can see all the original bands + pricing is way better.
Cigar chief my friend... The prices on the site have gone up quite a bit since they started working with Privada cigars, as their Canadian distributor But cigar chier does not charge tax and they have the best prices in Ontario, possibly Canada. Also if you can find any native reserves that sell cigars they will be cheaper and tax free. Another brick and mortar in Onatario is middle port cigars. Maybe there are a few in your province.
Theres a couple local shops where I live that carry them (Cagary, AB) . When i was in the states, i was told by some shop owners that there is some conflict selling them (dont know the details). Eventually the shop owner took me to the back of his shop where he had a supply of davidoffs that werent visible to the public. Sometimes you just gotta prod or ask!
Hey, I have used cigar chief a couple times. The prices seem to be the most competitive there as they are an indigenous owned business so I believe they don't get taxed the same way a Canadian Business would be. It took forever to receive my two orders (6-7 weeks) , so I haven't used them again.
I have a big collection but I only buy Davidoff now. Got another 3 boxes of Davidoff on the way 😁 I don’t bother with any other brands these days. However, I’m flying to Cuba in a few days time so I’ll be smoking Cubans for two weeks.

Great comment, i 100% agree. At first i believed it was all about "expensive" cigars but its really not. As I've progressed in my journey I've learned to do what you've mentioned! Im actually going to put a video together sharing exactly what you've mentioned. I think people in general, and especially new cigar smokers get that mixed up.
Great question, there is a huge mark up of taxes on the tobacco industry here in Canada. Its atrocious. Il spend $40 Canadian for a $8-12 stick in the states. Also, I can't find any Fuente Opus here in Canada. All my local stores don't have them. I payed $42-48 USD per Opus stick in TX which current conversion is about $57.49 CAD. With tax mark up and since u can't find them, id imagine they are 100-150 CAD. (That's also what I've been seeing on private sales locally)
Dude... Ugh up that humidity to 77%... trust me alright? Pull the lighter back a bit and use the tip of the flame to torch it THEN retrohale. I've smoked over 6000 cigars in the past 5 years alone. Just hear me out. You'll get more notes. It'll be better bro.
geez Luiz my friend, save some sticks for us! haha noted for the retrohale. I keep my humidor at 69% because that's what my main shop here keeps their humidity at (they are a reputable shop that's been running for many years!) . I found it to be a pretty good balance between not to0 dry or not too humid.
bro dont buy cigars in canada anymore your getting ripped, what I do is whenever I have friends or family going to the states ill order however many people are going (50 each) and stock up. I get roughly 300 cigars a year from the states for 1/3rd of the price
Great way to support local business 👍🏾💯
Watching from Hattiesburg Ms. Enjoyed Your Video!👍😎

Those cigars would have been far less than an $100 here in the US. Why is it so expensive up north?

The cellophane protects the cigars.
Ya it sucks that with get taxed up the blank 🤨 and they cover over the cigar label 🤬
its the worst!!
