Generally If I give mestri based on chadras
Eg:- 1 chadra=30,000 assume for one slab it's 1,00,000 so plastering how much should I deduct like 30% or 40% of 1,00,000 and give if we are going with slab to slab vice

Both are good percentage but it's always based on area of plastering to be done 30-40% is good only.

hi sir, saw your video about concrete mix. In our structurals it says M25 but contractor is saying if you use 1:1:2 then there will be cracks so use 1:3:3... can you please suggest if this ratio is okay or should be insist for M25 only. G+3. Thanks.
