Often it will be M25 for all places.
But it might vary based on structural design...

Since I have no idea about the purpose and type of construction you are doing and where this cement will be used but generally speaking for any residential building construction i would prefer OPC rather than any other cement.

Sir we use Ultratech ppc 53grade cement for plastering after 2month building get fully cracked center of walls & electric line crack on wall & windows near crack looks dirty new building & external wall too ,we cured well only, but getting leakage some places when rainy .why & solutions please sir

2:5:5 it comes down to M20 which you can use. Or you can opt for M25=2:3:5.
