Abotting the site will block air flow for the neighboring houses and off course will block the light also.People who inhabit such houses are bound to suffer.

Yes.
Sir my house built prior to BBMP limits in 1986, after 1998, the area came under BBMP, From 2003 and 2018 I had floors, but defiantly the contractors with BBMP oral understanding plan to deviate in the buildings. Now in my case, my neighbor has encroached my area and trying to talk about my building violations. The issue is district court, my suite was on encroachment, but the defendant advocate only talks about deviations in building setbacks and floor additions. The encroacher has property in many areas with any setback his buildings are constructed one another. But in my case small variation in setbacks and 1/2 floor added in third floor. The area is not a posh and E/F zones, please suggest

Sir neighbour offset just 1 feet they are leaving & building pillar, is there any method to complain, v r requesting them to leave 2 feet after compound but not listening.. let me know can v give complaint..as v have left 2 feet from the compound

@@ShikharBengaluru thanks 🙏 they were ready to do little demolition of side walls as they got notice again n officer called him to change as per necessary so they asked my mum to take back notice and they are doing little changes ( however not a big change they can do coz they need to break whole base piilar construction...but little bit they are ready
