I'm in college to get my Bachelors in Music Production and sometimes it's so painful to learn so much in 9 minutes as apposed to 9 months. Starting top down is something I wanted ro do naturally but I felt like it was wrong to try. I appreciate the video and the energy!
Glad to hear that this was helpful! If you're interested in learning more from X, we have a special opportunity happening this week. Email support@fullcirclemusic.com for more info!
Super helpful (and fun) video! I never considered starting the process from the 2 Bus. I’d usually just do my thing then throw on Ozone on the master bus and call it a day. What are your thoughts on VSX? I bought it a few months ago and it’s been super helpful for me with testing listening environments
Glad you enjoyed this! When it comes to gear and then VSX, you always want to get the best thing you can afford. That said, if you don't have speakers, they can be a great economical option and also something you can use to mix anywhere. However, like with anything, there will probably be a learning curve for using them and the biggest thing will be getting comfortable with them. I hope this helps!
So the first step is not static mix? 😮. Guys come on. So many content creators in our community skip that part. Mixng is balancing 😂😂. Learn how to properly balance a song with no plugin is the prerequisite. Sorry i'm off
