Griffen was never a looker, but learned she could readily satisfy her carnal needs by taking the lead with the typical nice guys. I doubt she had a conventional dating life, with a plentitude of male suitors trying to pursue a long-term relationship. The lack of such interest probably hurt her some, especially because on the inside, apart from some anger issues, I strongly suspect Griffen is actually quite sweet and rather sensitive. How else would she be able to make the astute observations she does? Past controversies and current health concerns have humbled her some, but she's really an under-appreciated and funny comic. Fred is also under-appreciated. In some ways they'd make a good pair, though they may actually be too similar...For his part, Norm is yielding because Fred is being so candid, so Norm's customary truth-telling isn't called for...like you said, he and his trusty sidekick can just sit back, listen to the story and enjoy the ride...

The great Fred Stoller is not so great about sharing intimate details of his relationship with Kathy Griffin on Norm Macdonald's podcast. That's a terrible betrayal of confidence and privacy. At least he was revealing about his performance issues when wearing a condom but that probably had more to do with his sexual immaturity about how to solve that problem. Men are terribly uninformed about human sexuality and it's little wonder why they have trouble developing intimate relationships with women. Based on his disclosure with Norm I can't imagine why any woman would want to spend time with him.
