They’re definitely not a bad starting company ! It’s a great place to come get some experience and then move on to another company after a year or two here ! They got a good amount of divisions from Dry Van to Reefer, Intermodal (Containers) & Flat bed aswell so you can definitely find your Niche here aswell

If u got ur CDL already do you need to still go through orientation and do u need 1 year experience?
To drive for CRE ? Just orientation and 4 days of mentorship if you got 3 months of experience. If you have NO experience you’ll have to do 2 weeks of mentorship

Is signing with cr England worth it?
It definitely depends on your certain circumstances bro ! If you’re tight on money and can’t go to a third party school to get training then CR England is definitely worth it ! Not to mention it’s a guaranteed Job soon as you get your CDL, a lot of companies won’t hire someone with 0 experience but CR England will definitely give you the opportunity with that 12 month contract, After that 12 month contract is up damn near any company will hire you, Yes it worth it if you don’t got much money to pay for training, but if you do got the money 3.5-6k to get training stay away from contracts 💯
I decided to go with Walmart dock to driver program. The dc starts at 25 hr 3-day work week.
I got offered .60 cpm at KLLM too
CR England wanted too much with mentor 20k-30k miles with mentor is too much. KLLM only wanted 280 hrs with a mentor
That sounds like a good deal to start off bro ! I feel that ! Actually the requirement with mentor is 14 days of mentoring if you’re on a dedicated account or 225 hours with a mentor If you’re OTR division which is what I ended up doing 225 hours mentorship, that Walmart deal sounds good though bro !

I just turned 21 in march 14 I’m currently getting my cdl permit with c r England I totally understand what your saying I like the easy route if I want it ima go get it

That’s right bro, Now is the perfect time to get it aswell ! I got my CDL last year with CRE at 21 years old too ! I Just turned 22 and I’m consistently making $1400/week working local here in Colton, CA with CRE. I’m Going home every night with 2 days off per week. Nothing compares to being home every night with the family while making good money 💪🏻. Stay Blessed brotha Maybe I’ll see you around over here
