I went to the streets of Victoria with some friends from the See Spring Mental Wellness Coalition who are on the front lines of our mental health and addiction crisis.
Here are some stories from the street, where our government policies, which lack community based and recovery-oriented supports, crash into the sobering everyday reality of what our most vulnerable citizens face as they seek to find some hope.
