The grass needs to start growing ASAP. OTAs, training camp will be here faster than you know it. Lots of trees 🌳 should be planted also, they bring oxygen. I love the Baltimore Ravens training facility. Tree's are all around it.
They will probably just install SOD

Do you mind doing an update on USC’s new football facility & new baseball stadium? Thank you!!!
Pretty cool that the C/Green line pass by it
I park at the El Segundo station to go to Charger games. It’s a filthy station which usually has homeless people sleeping in the elevator. Someone has taken a dump on the stairs the last few times I’ve been there. The place is a disgrace.
Isn't there one more stop ? El Segundo Isn't the last stop, right?
@@williamanderson4999Redondo beach is the last stop

Are the three practice fields going to be natural grass or the Hellas Matrix Turf they have in SoFi?
Natural grass
Bolt Up
When is it scheduled to be completed?
June, according to Matt Money Smith
Where is this located? Is this near the Kings or Lakers practice facilities?
Raytheon property.
Yup
LAX by the airport
Yes, walking distance to both Kings and Lakers facilities on Nash and Douglas St. respectively.
But they can’t build their own stadium? But they can give Justin Herbert big money
They're deff underpaying Herbert, he would make twice as much on any other team. They're wasting his best years.
Well they can build their own facilities and had been planning for years but part of the deal with SoFi Stadium was that two teams would be there no matter what because it would be more valuable.
@@StaYUTI420 underpaying? Bruv when he signed his extension he was the highest paid player in the NFL.
@@Tonga828that guy is clueless.
@@StaYUTI420you’re either making this up or have no idea what you’re talking about.
As a Rams fan, the next step is for them to leave Sofi Stadium, well done Chargers! 💪🏻
I’m a Rams season ticket holder and I think it’s great.
It's not up to the Rams. The NFL wanted two teams playing in SoFi. That's why they built the extra locker rooms. If it's not the Chargers, it would be another team. That's why Al Davis and the LA Raiders left LA. The SoFi stadium area could have been the Raiders. But Al Davis didn't want them to built an extra locker room , and he didn't want to share the stadium with another NFL team that the NFL requested. Al went back to Oakland instead.
The weird thing about all that is that ALs son wanted to bring the Raiders back to LA in 2017, and he was willing to share a new stadium in Carson with the Chargers.
