I work in a few volunteer Christian thrift stores
And I'm amazed at the amount of clothing that is discarded!!
People are bringing them in all day long
Some are still having tags on
Everybody can do what they want
but I so wish people would buy second-hand or new in the thrift!!
Us Americans waste so much we're so spoiled and I don't have money to go buy new clothes all the time
Please ladies consider buying new up-cycled recycled clothing
Cuz I guarantee you most of the new stuff that people buy is going to end up in the thrift

I purchase from consignment and thrift often. I recycle and my money goes much farther. And if I don't need it, it stays in the store. I shop my closets.
wish I had thrift stores in my area cause I would shop there, I took my sister to the mall last week, she has beginnings of dementia and she wanted some new tops, the clothing was just awful, could not find one top for a mature lady, not paying those high prices😢

P.S. I LOVE your new wardrobe! Now is a great time to buy summer clothes in Florida, although it seldom gets cold enough for winter wear, the stores still put them out for sale and the summer wear on sale! You are such a Girlie Girl, it's cute!!

I'm not sure that's true. The aging naturally part I mean. I think she did a video when she had surgery on her face. I may be wrong but I think she did.
@@hildacollier2638 She did a video about surgery, but it wasn't facial surgery. What she has said is that she didn't have cosmetic surgery when she was younger and she's too old now. Any surgery risky - people have died during cosmetic surgery - and it gets riskier as you get older.
I've learned so much from you about applying makeup now that my skin is changing..I never used a primer or concealer before! You must think I live in a cave or something, just didn't know about those things, that's why I watch you everyday. I get little tid-bits from you daily. I want to thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. I love you, Patty and your sweet attitude towards life!

I love feminine designs also.Tailored clothes just do t do it for me ! All of your choices look splendid.I was taken especially by the blue jumpsuit with the bright blue duster over it. I recently lost nearly 30lb. and thankfully where I live the Goodwill has a great selection of good quality clothing. I just bought a Brooks Brothers sweater for 8 dollars and a pair of white linen dress slacks that retail for 280.00, never worn for also 8 dollars. At one time I purchased a St. John's women's blouse for 1.29 that retailed for over 300.00. I find Chico's all the time, just bought a sweater for 5.00, perfect condition. You would think I lived in Beverly Hills! Your style is stunning and you are just gorgeous! I am about to turn 74 and I dress to please myself and my darling husband and am so thankful for women such as yourself who share their experiences!
