Man I just got a pool boy battery powered solar cover and I CANNOT for the life of me get it to roll up evenly. I’ve adjusted the straps idk how many times. Evenly spaced. Same tension. I’m going insane man

It can be frustrating. A couple things we have found: Make sure the reel is totally perpendicular to the pool. Make sure your cover is cut so the sides are perpendicular to the edge you are attaching the clips too (some covers aren't cut very well). If it rolls up too soon on one side, experiement with loosening the straps on that side. You got this!
