Constables are still constables while off-duty and if they exercise their powers they are considered on-duty, which is why police forces often have a policy either recommending or requiring constables to carry their warrant cards at all times.
Force policy also usually dictates that constables and police staff must have their warrant cards or police staff ID on display (e.g. on a lanyard) at all times while on police premises whether in uniform or not!

The argument of we don't know you or know what you are doing. "You might follow one of the officers home", makes no sense. If you use the same logic you don't know if an officer will follow you home. If you see any officer using a phone, you don't know what they are doing on it, they could be looking/purchasing illegal content. But you don't , because there is no evidence to support it. The same applies if you are filming in a public/public accessable place. You go on what you do know, not what you don't.

    That female officer seems
    Void of normal understanding
and shows very serious signs of mental instability
We would advise this officer is tested for intoxicating substances, alcohol or controlled drugs
She seem not to be able to control her mouth or her actions, this is very concerning
and must be immediately addressed by superiors under the duty of care

I'll be honest Kolee, I've always been a bit 50/50 when it comes to auditers. Too many anarchists and one or two genuine Public Service Auditors. I won't name names, many are terrible and some are ABsolutely necessary. It's refreshing to see a real legal approach that educates to the letter of the law. As antagonistic as viewers want you to be, you actually relay legislation and the law that 🤞will actually help these guys do their job lawfully. Props to you Kolee.

The man's a troublemaking idiot. Before you invoke the term 'auditor' look it up in the OED: it certainly doesn't mean anything approaching the actions/intentions of this prat. The police will be better placed to deal with crime and criminals if they're not wasting time on these vexatious idiots.... but I'm sure that when he needs their services he'll be patient if they're held up dealing with another like-minded donkey.
