Another great audit, you’re back to your best. I loved the bit at the end when you started getting angry with their stupidity and put them in their place, well done.
Tax payers need a refund, nobody told them they would be funding a clown school.
You can't just claim "I feel distressed" and that causes someone to be arrested. It clear states what constitutes harassment, alarm and distress. That using abusive language or violence to intimidate.
Either Constable Dean has no idea of basic policing powers or doesn't care. Either way he's a clear danger to the public. I wouldn't trust him working for security at a McDonald's let alone as a police officer.
Oh, and as for his swearing. It's makes no difference where you are standing, Dean just swore at a member of the public. That's a clear breach of his code of ethics.

To maintain an equal level of respect during interaction one should never use such facetious rhetoric, because it betrays a condescending attitude. That was wholly unacceptable behaviour from the officer. Even if it was private property he has no business swearing to a member of the public at all. I hope you filled a complaint against him.
It just shows how a lot of the police treat the public with utter contempt. If someone not as clued up as yourself tried this Kolee they might have ended up arrested by that miscreant out of being intimidated.
Great audit, is it acceptable for a police officer to be swearing whilst on duty whether in a public place or not? And are you sure the guy wearing hoodrich was a 'fed'? Damn, this was check mate in two moves for officer Dean. Kolee was playing with him in the same way that a cat plays with a mouse before the final coup de gras. A bit painful but satisfying to watch, as the officer got slowly closed down. Kolee is familiar with the game now; he's a veteran. He even knew the score from the outset: 1:30 - 1:34 "This one's gonna be troublesome...".

Perhaps it's me but I'd just like to see the minimum interaction with the Police. You are under no obligation to answer their questions. But I keep with you so I must like something.
