@@JDLupus it looks like they were enjoying themselves so I'm glad they did, but it was a little painful to see PP actively sabotaging the spirit of the game for an advantage. Honestly that's more of a criticism of the ruleset than anything else, but still I left the video feeling a little icky

Dont want this to come off negative cause yall have some of the best melee content, but I do think it would be cool to see this challenge with all bowsers playing together. Would be interesting to see who can actually get close to truly beating the challenge.
Specifically, for the real bowser challenge, team attack is off so they can all just spam freely.

Iirc the browsers usually had team attack off. At least that's how we did it.
I still have nightmares of a wall of Bowsers using neutral b and making recovery near impossible
I seem to recall this as well.
The real bowser challenge is played with team attack off, so while it's possible to sandbag, it's not possible to collude unless you do the lamest possible thing of SDing and stealing stocks from your teammates.

It's been a rough few days for the Melee community, so seeing these guys just have fun and enjoy this amazing 21 year old game is super wholesome. Thanks to the GG Team for another great season!

A cool challenge would be like this except one of the people on the 3 player side is secretly an ally and is blending in with the others, the ally is unknown to the other players. All players guess who the ally was at the end and get points for guessing correctly

I believe the original record for this was Captain Jack taking 4 stocks, Isai took 2 and hilariously Ken took 0. There’s a couple videos on UA-cam if you search.
Also apparently A Rookie took about 6 but the Bowsers SDd 3 times so it’s eh.

It might be hard to spot but the double knee n0ne did at @6:28 requires some absolutely absurd spacing to get double strong hit with one forward and one reverse. It's only possible on two big characters (like bowser) iirc but it is still insane

What is the Bowser challenge from? My friends and I came up with something similar to this a long time ago independently and we're surprised to see that it's something that's known about
I have an idea for a game type they can play. It’s called protect the president. 3v1 but one of the 3 is trying to keep the solo alive in order to win with them.
