    Surgery is often given to people as a last-ditch effort in hopes of getting relief from their chronic lower back pain. The truth is it's not.
    Surgery is the last option the medical model offers, but it's not your last option.
    This is where what I do comes in. Stemming back over 15 years ago, when I was diagnosed with a ruptured L5-S1 disc along with degenerative discs above that site, doctors told me my ideal future consisted of pain management and/or surgery (best case).
    Fast forward through years of stumbling through chronic back pain. Here I am today, free of the chronic symptoms I once lived with, all without needing injections or surgery.
    Today, I want to break down the method I used to beat my chronic lower back pain without surgery.

    Please make safe excersize for female after discount bulge recovery how to start activity I started Jim and little pain and numbness felt in my leg I don’t k ow why I did only trade mil with 5kph Speer little squats and few 3 kg dumbbells excersize
